• All regular school days.
• After School Care will be closed for emergency closings, such as snow days, when school is not in session. If the school is closed in the middle of a school day, we will remain open.
• We will be closed over Christmas and Easter, and in-service days when the students are not in school.

• $7.65 per hour
• One hour minimum charge, then in 15-minute increments.
• $7.00 per hour for second or third child in family
• There will be a refund for time scheduled and not used provided notice is given in advance.
• There will be no refund for time scheduled with no advance notice.
• $1.00 per minute late fee will be charged per child for every minute after 6:00 p.m. that your child is not picked up.

• Registration Fees for 2025-26 school year (this is an initial, one-time enrollment fee):
• $46.50 - one student
• $82.50 - two students
• $118.50 - three students
• $159.65 - four students 
• St. Mary's After School Care is a pre-pay program. Billing for the prior month will be reduced from your balance. If you have a credit from 2024-25, it will be carried over to RevTrak Parent Portal.

• Disciplinary procedures will be consistent with school policy. No child will be allowed to negatively impact the positive atmosphere of other students. Disciplinary problems will be handled at the school office and may result in dismissal from the program.
